• Lean Six Sigma training for services & administration: We guide you through the Lean Six Sigma methodology and familiarize you with the tools to be used specifically in this administrative environment: Customer Service, Procurement to Pay, Receivables to Cash, Recruitment to Retire and all other transactional processes.
• Our Lean Six Sigma trainings are made based upon the BOK "Book of Knowledge" of the Lean Six Sigma US Institute and the IIBLC® International Independent Board for Lean Certification.
• We offer selfstudy packages and trainings for Green Belt, Black Belt and Champion in preparation for the IIBLC® examination.
• All our trainings are in English and are provided by international certified experts in their domain.

• Antwerp: close to the cathedral, easy to reach and cozy. Accommodation can be arranged.
